How to Request a Return or Refund

Report Within 14 Days
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@beautyraving.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Including detailed descriptions, photos, or videos will help us resolve the issue quickly. -
Response Within 1 Business Day
Our customer support team will respond to your request within 1 business day. -
Return Instructions Provided
If a return is needed, we’ll send instructions. Once you've shipped the item, please send us the tracking number and a valid receipt as proof. -
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 1 business day.

Shipping Labels Not Provided
Return shipping labels are not provided by Beauty Raving. -
Send to Our Shipping Address
You may return items to our original shipping address. (We’ll provide this in your return instructions.) -
Recommended Shipping Method
Use USPS Flat Rate with tracking to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. A valid tracking number is required for refunds.

Payment Method
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. -
Restocking/Handling Fee
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong item/size ordered), a $20 restocking and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. -
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
A $20 fee may also apply if an order is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Returnable Items Policy
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unstyled.
- Products must be in original packaging and free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
- Incorrect items returned (i.e., not what we shipped) will be discarded upon receipt.
We reserve the right to limit or reject returns in cases involving:
- Excessive or irregular return patterns.
- Items returned in unacceptable condition.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
We will always try to work with you to resolve any issues, but Beauty Raving reserves the right to deny future service if necessary to protect our community.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been packed for shipment.
